Before They Buried Rome

Richmond knows Rome’s name.

The women know what it costs.

For years, Rome has built power through fear, favors, motel rooms, and people willing to look the other way. But when a detective starts following the paperwork, a survivor stops staying quiet, and Rome’s own people begin calculating how far they need to stand from him, the machine starts turning on the man who thought he controlled it.

Because Rome was never the whole system.

He was just the part everybody could see.

Before They Buried Rome is a dark Richmond crime thriller about power, survival, loyalty, and the people a city learns to ignore until ignoring them becomes impossible.
